General Information

Tariff is inclusive of all meals and taxes. (Price negotiable for groups)
Tariff starts at Average 1000 ₹/Person (Only accommodation on weekdays).
Two meal options available at Average 1800 ₹/person. (Price negotiable)
Additional three-times-a-day meal option at 2300 ₹/person. (Price negotiable)
Children below 5 years stay complimentary; children aged 5-11 years will be charged 50% of adult tariff.
Charges for transfers from Chikmagalur, Coorg & Sakleshpur bus stand by car or jeep at extra cost.
Meals are on a fixed menu basis, offering multi and local cuisine (Malnad food both veg & non-veg). (Customizable menu options are available prior intimation, if applicable)
Coffee/tea is served 2 times a day, which is part of your package.
Booking cancellation has to be confirmed at least 5 days before the booking date.
The Homestay is also available for parties and special events etc.
The driver and maid charges will be extra 500₹/Person.

Terms and Conditions

All applicable extra charges to be settled at the time of check-out.
Confirmation of booking will be done only upon 50% of the tariff.
Cancellation done within 7 working days in advance will entitle a maximum refund of 50%.
Minimum booking for 2 members and above.
